an after-dinner drink. To make, you’ll need 7 oz milk, 2 oz water, 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 Tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon instant coffee (optional), and 3 oz dark chocolate, chopped fine. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a saucepan & bring to a gentle boil, then remove from heat and pour over the chocolate, stirring until the chocolate is melted and everything is nice and smooth. Freeze and enjoy!
